Lovewell history:
On staff since 2007.
Outside of Lovewell Marcus is performing himself, and also choreographing shows in schools. He enjoys choreographing because it is a way for him to express himself. Choreographing and performing are two important creative outlets for Marcus.
Who is your inspiration?
– One of them is Michael Jackson. Just how multi talented he was and how great he was in everything he did.
What has been accomplished at Lovewell today?
– We’re about half way through the writing of the second act, and we started the opening number and will finish it before we go home. A lot of other things have been accomplished too.
What has been your favorite moment today?
– When I was walking back to the building and I knew I was going to be late for my meeting with Cecilia (to be interviewed for this blog), and she noticed me and forced me to do this.
Favorite Lovewell quote:
“Everything is possible”.
– I really believe that. I believe that if you put your mind to it, everything is possible. Anything you want out of life you can accomplish.
Why are you here at Lovewell?
– Deep down inside Lovewell has become a cleansing of the soul for me. I want to share what I know, whatever knowledge in life I have that can help anyone, in their life or in their dance. Maybe it’s something that they can take along with them.
