Sam does a lot of school theatre when she’s not at Lovewell. Last year she took debate and it took up most of her time. Outside of school Sam does theatre and sleeps. She also chases her six younger siblings around.
Who is your inspiration?
– I look up to Carrie a lot. She just decided what she wanted to do and then she did it. I just love that and that is what I want to do with my life, although I don’t really know what I want to do yet.
What has been accomplished at Lovewell today?
– We did a lot of research about our show. I think we accomplished what major aspects are going into our show and what our main character ideas are. Kind of where our show is going to end up. I’m very excited about it!
What has been your favorite moment today?
– Probably the documentary about Nikola Tesla that we watched. Finding out what his life was and all the weird things he did.
Favorite Lovewell quote:
Affirmation number one: “Within me there is boundless creative power.”
– The possibilities are endless. When I think about Lovewell this affirmation is always what comes to my mind. I think Lovewell is a good doorway for people to figure out what they want to do with their lives. For a long time I wanted to be a vet, but no longer. Last summer I just realized that I needed something more creative and out of the box than that.
Why are you here at Lovewell?
– This is where I feel the most comfortable in my life. Ever.
